The 1,5hrs – 2hr boat adventure starts and ends with an adrenaline beach launch into the sea, with 600 hp motors, we will take you to some of the best spots along the coastline. Our purpose built cat style boat has been designed to conquer the ocean without compromising on safety or comfort. Our official permit allows us to take you as close as 50m from a whale when sighted. Other sightings include seals, pelagic birds as well as sharks, big fish, penguins and octopus in their natural habitat.

This is our second trip with Ocean Safari's- the first was about 20 years ago and under different ownership. However, despite the changes, this tour did not disappoint. Our party had the boat to ourselves and after an exciting beach launch, our guide and skipper quickly placed us in the middle of a large pod of adult and juvenile dolphins, which we were able to track at a safe distance from one end of the bay to the other. We were then guided across to Cape Seal on the Robberg Nature Reserve to observe the Cape Fur Seal residents on land and in the water. Unfortunately, no whales on this trip but you can't have everything! The tour ended with a fast run across the bay and an even more spectacular beach landing. super nice experience! the guide knew exactly where to look for the dolphins, we saw some sharks and whales as well, and of course the loud and stinky seals! there was enough time and opportunity to take photos and videos. plus the guide shared interesting info about the animals. can recommend! - Edina

We had a fantastic time on the safari. The guide Ashwynn was really knowledgeable and entertaining. PK was a fantastic driver, we felt very safe with him. All the guests were lovely too.
